Become a Recipient Agency
Any agency that services the hungry and homeless on Oʻahu can apply to become a Recipient Agency of rescued food. Please click “Apply Now” below to fill out our application and release form. If you are a nonprofit, please also submit a copy of your 501(c)(3) letter through our contact form.

Fill out the electronic Recipient Agency application below. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] to receive a fillable PDF or to receive a hard copy application in the mail. Return instructions are noted on these documents.
- If you are a nonprofit, please include a document (usually your Determination Letter from the IRS) confirming your status as a 501(c)3. You can send it by web, email or snail mail.
- We’ll schedule a site visit to meet your team and see your operations.
- Upon your approval, we’ll begin delivering food to you on a regular or as-needed basis!

Aloha Harvest currently delivers food to 175+ agencies that help feed the hungry, needy and homeless.
Aloha Harvest serves over 60,000 individuals:
65% challenged with mental illness, substance abuse or physical and/or mental disabilities;
62% Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders;
24% children, 19% seniors;
44% homeless; and
25% unemployed
Host an `Ohana Pack Distribution
One `Ohana Pack contains enough food to provide several meals throughout
the week for a family of 4-6 people. We partner with local businesses and organizations to host
`Ohana Pack distribution events serving anywhere from 30 to 1,500 people in need, primarily
individuals and families affected by the COVID-19 economic downturn.
