Demographic Data Report Information 📈
Data reports will be submitted electronically via this link. If you prefer to fill it out manually, please reach out to the Data Specialist at [email protected].
Monthly reports are due the fifth of the following month.
The data report requests for the following:
- The # of people served per month
- A percentage breakdown of:

- Native American or Alaska Native

Your agency’s Aloha Harvest Account ID can be found in the initial data collection email sent to your agency’s point of contact. If not, please reach out to the Data Specialist at [email protected].
Yes, if we do not receive your monthly data collection, delivery services may be paused until your form is submitted.

Food Donor Statistics 📈
- Growth in Poundage: In 2024, Aloha Harvest rescued 38 million pounds of food (mahalo to our donors!).
- Growth in Donors: We reached an all-time high in number of donors, 470!
- Growth in Donation Size: Our average food donation size increased by 32 lbs. in 2024.
Donation Tips and Expectations💡
- Communication
- Schedule pickups as early as possible and notify Aloha Harvest of any changes.
- Preparation
- Pack food safely, follow proper storage practices, and be ready for pickup.
- Driver Expectations
- Ensure the loading area is clear and easy for drivers to access. Be prepared to quickly and efficiently transfer donations!
